I request your kind attention on an innovative concept
driven by modern technology and applicable for the society . I am
Rejimon, a BIT graduate, programmer in
profession hailing from Kottayam. This is an unofficial letter to
introduce this concept, but read through carefully, since this is all about a
new means to take care of your home, irrespective from any of the place you are located.
Home automation makes our life easier, it makes the life comfortable, it saves
us energy, it gives us more security, a peace of mind and, of all immense fun
too. But most of all we believe it is what we want it to be. For some of us, it
could be as controlling a light or appliance with the same remote you use to
control your TV. For others, it is a completely automated home that is
controlled by a computer interface completely programmed to fit your personal
lifestyle. From now on, our home automation system performs all the difficult
tasks. Whole house audio/video and remote video surveillance can be an exciting
part too. Only your imagination is the limit of what home automation is capable
of doing for you.
In India, now it’s a fast growing field and
researches are done by many multinational companies and local companies. I am
also in such a research; as a result now I am capable to build such a prototype
of Intelligent Home. Not like other automated homes; in my idea is that of a
home controlled through internet, mobile phone and usual remotes, sensors and
switches with affordable rates and fit to our circumstances. Very some of the
features are listed below.

You
can control your entire home equipments anywhere in the world through Internet
o
Many
of the features are controlled by your mobile phone.
o
You will get an SMS when any one rings your door bell and you are out
of station. You can also control things (door, fan, lights etc) only through SMS.
You can also talk with them just through your ordinary mobile.
o
You
will get alerts like gate open, door open etc through mobile if you want and
other general security alarms.
o
You
can get the view of your rooms in office pc, so you can see, what’s your kid
are doing.
o
You
can also get which TV channel is viewed by your kid now.
o
Get
the status of your fridge, store well etc.
o
All
telephone calls are recorded and listed.
o
And
all other usual home automation features like, light control, music control,
security control etc.
The above mentioned futures are already developed. Now I want to create the
proto type/ model. For that I want the help from the peoples like you with
relevant contract. I have clear idea about the same, and it is too good for you
too. The main expenses to create this are home appliances like TV, fridge AC
and the communication equipments and the computer equipments etc. I will
prepare the project report after the meeting. If you are interested to use this
